Yes! the Movement

A play with live music about the days leading up to and following the day of the Scottish Independence Referendum and the accompanying Yes! Movement which engaged millions of people worldwide in political debate and changed the political landscape of Britain (and the world?) forever.

The story focuses on one young man’s struggle to express himself and engage with society. He attempts to escape his criminal past with an increasing involvement in music and revolutionary politics. But utopia is not so easy to find.
